What does the electrostatic stage do that a plain extraction hood doesn't?

It charges and traps the fine grease particles inside the canopy, so what reaches your duct is far less oily. A plain hood vents the same greasy air straight up the run, and the duct carries the cost of that.

How do I size the hood to my cooking line?

Match width to the suite below it: 80, 100, 120 and 150 cm single-fan canopies cover most lines, and dual-fan builds run out to 200 cm for wide ranges. Depth is 45 cm across the range, with 60 or 80 cm body heights.

Should I order the 680 W or the 880 W fan?

Both ratings are offered across the 80 to 150 cm single-fan widths, so choose 880 W for heavier fume loads on a busy line and 680 W for lighter duty. State the wattage with the width when you order.

How far can the dimensions be customised?

Dimensions are customisable beyond the listed widths, so a canopy can be built to your layout and ceiling run. Send the width, depth and height you need with the order along with the fan rating.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?
