Excellent craftsmanship. Lightweight but sturdy, and the blade holds an edge incredibly well. I use it daily in our tapas bar kitchen and even our sous chefs are impressed. Also, the copper fittings and the feather-like blade finish look stunning. Only wish the handle was slightly longer for my hand size, but that’s minor.
