We added this tea knife to complement our premium tea offerings at Seabreeze Inn. It cuts perfectly through tightly packed brick tea without damaging the leaves, and looks fantastic when displayed. My only small gripe is that I wish the handle were just a bit longer for a better grip during busy service. Still, a sturdy and stylish tool overall.
