An industrial dry ice maker converts liquid CO2 into solid dry ice on your own site, so you produce what you need on demand instead of ordering and storing deliveries. This range spans 50 to 180 kg per hour across four machines: three pelletizers that extrude pellets from 3 to 19 mm, and a block machine that presses solid slabs. Match the output to the job — fine pellets for dramatic chilled cocktails and dessert smoke, larger pellets for cold-chain packing and transport chilling, and blocks for long-hold storage or dry ice blast cleaning.

How do I pick a capacity for my demand?

Size to your peak hourly use: 50, 100 or 150 kg/h from the pelletizers, 120–180 kg/h from the block machine. On-site production means no holding stock, so match the hour you need most rather than a day's total.

Pellets or blocks — which form suits which job?

Pellets for anything handled loose: 3 mm for cocktail and dessert smoke effects, 16 and 19 mm for cold-chain packing, transport chilling and blast cleaning. Blocks, 125 × 105 mm at 15–60 mm thick, hold cold longer for long-hold storage.

What do I need in place before installation?

A liquid CO2 supply and a 220–380V circuit — specify your voltage when ordering. Pelletizers accept inlet pressure up to 2.1 MPa; 3 mm pellets come as standard, with 16 mm on the 50 kg/h model and 16 and 19 mm on the 100 and 150 kg/h. Warranty is 1 year.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
