Made to order to your spec — you choose the size and configuration.

This brewhouse is the hot side of a craft-beer setup: it mashes, lauters, boils and whirlpools a batch, then hands clear wort off to fermentation. The combination method pairs a mash/lauter tun with a kettle/whirlpool tank, so a small team can run a full brew day on a compact footprint. Vessels are 304 stainless steel, argon-arc welded, with interior polishing to Ra 0.4 µm for easy cleaning and low flavor carryover.

Batch capacity spans a wide range, so the same platform fits a brewpub testing recipes or a production brewery scaling output:

  • Sizes from 50 L up to 5,000 L per batch (50, 100, 200, 300, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000 L).
  • Heating by electric, steam or direct fire to suit your utilities.
  • Semi-automatic or fully automatic control, with PLC-managed operation available.
  • Quick-connect pipework for fast install, cleaning and maintenance.

The manufacturer provides layout drawings, per-tank technical drawings and a 3D model before production, plus installation support. Contact us to confirm the configuration, footprint and utility requirements for your site.

Frequently asked questions

How do I pick a batch size for my venue?

Standard steps run 50, 100, 200, 300, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 and 5,000 L per batch — brewpubs trialling recipes sit at the low end, production breweries at the high. The same combination platform covers the whole range, so specify the litres per batch you want to brew when ordering.

What do I need to specify on heating and power?

Name your heating method — electric, steam or direct fire — against the utilities already in the building. Supply is AC 380/220 V, 50/60 Hz at 5,000 W, and voltage and power can be built to your local spec.

What is the difference between the semi-automatic and fully automatic versions?

Semi-automatic leaves the brewer working the valves and pumps through the mash and boil; fully automatic hands that sequence to a PLC. Both are offered on the same vessels, so the choice is a control-panel spec, not a different brewhouse.

What are the vessels made from and how are they finished?

Argon-arc welded 304 stainless throughout, with interiors polished to Ra 0.4 µm. That finish limits flavour carryover from batch to batch and keeps the tank walls easy to wash down.

How much floor space does it need, and what do I get to check the fit?

The 500 L configuration occupies about 1.2 m² with a 550 mm tank diameter, and the crated equipment measures 2400 x 900 x 1800 mm. Layout drawings, per-tank technical drawings and a 3D model arrive before production so you can place it against your walls and doors.

What is covered by warranty, and what support comes with the system?

Tanks and main equipment carry 3 years; accessories and auxiliaries carry 1 year. Installation support is included, and a machinery test report ships with the system. Core components — gearbox, motor, gear, pump, pressure vessel, PLC, bearing — are CE marked equipment.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
