Fuel: Wood

This is a modular commercial pizza oven built for high-volume bakeries, restaurants and outdoor kitchens that want one platform across three fuels. Order it electric, gas or wood-fired, so the venue chooses the setup that matches its site utilities and the flavor profile it wants on the plate.

The chamber reaches 500°C, the working range for Neapolitan-style pizza, and a cordierite deck stores that heat and pushes a fast, even bake straight into the crust. Ten insulation layers hold the temperature between bakes, which keeps recovery quick during a busy service and steadies the burn on the wood-fired build.

  • Three fuel options: electric, gas or wood-fired
  • Cordierite baking floor for even, high-heat pizza baking
  • 10-layer insulation for strong heat retention and fast recovery
  • Stainless steel, tile, concrete and cordierite construction
  • Customization accepted for size and finish

Frequently asked questions

Which fuel build should we specify, and can one oven switch between them?

Specify electric, gas or wood-fired at the time of order — the fuel is fixed to the build, not switchable later. Match it to the utilities already on site and the flavour you want: wood for smoke and char, gas or electric for steadier control.

How hot does the chamber run, and does it hold that heat through service?

The working range is 50°C to 500°C, with 500°C the Neapolitan bake point. Ten insulation layers hold that heat between pies, so recovery stays quick under a rush and the wood-fired build burns steadier.

What footprint and floor loading should we plan for?

Every fuel version is 1200 mm wide, 1250 mm deep and 1900 mm tall, at roughly 1200 kg. Check your doorway route and slab loading before delivery — it arrives as a modular kit rather than one assembled mass.

How far does customisation go?

Size and finish are both open to customisation. Send your chamber dimensions and the finish you want across the stainless steel, tile and concrete build, and the modular format is adapted to that spec.

Why a cordierite deck rather than plain stone?

Cordierite soaks up heat and gives it back evenly into the base, so the crust cooks through without the hot spots that scorch one edge. It is the reason the bottom sets as fast as the cornicione.

What does the warranty cover?

A 1-year manufacturer warranty applies, with core components included.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
