Configurations run from 4 to 12 pans. Each well takes a 6 L or 3 L tub, so a 4-pan unit holds 4×6 L or 8×3 L, up and up to 12×6 L or 24×3 L on the 12-pan unit.
Why does the display glass stay clear in a humid room?
The lid is electric-heated anti-fog glass. The heating element clears condensation so guests always get a clean view of the gelato, even in warm, humid conditions.
Can the cabinet size and color be customized?
Yes. The cabinet comes in white by default, and the size, color and gelato container size can all be customized. Contact us to confirm your configuration.
What warranty comes with the freezer?
It carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty on the machine and a 3-year warranty on the compressor.
What power supply does it need?
The standard supply is 220V/50Hz single phase, and the voltage can be customized. Installed power ranges from about 0.8 kW on the smallest model to 1.6 kW on the largest.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
