The socket a garden bar runs off doesn't always exist where the bar wants to stand — this makes its own 230 VAC out in the open, clean enough for the till and the fridge, and reads as a flowerbed rather than a generator. For a terrace with no cable to it, or one selling its own sustainability at the gate.
