Titanium alloy if the grinder runs open to close — it resists wear longer under high daily volume. Stainless steel holds its edge well at a lower cost and suits a bar with lighter turnover. Both sets are 98mm flat burrs.

About 20g in 3 seconds, so a double shot is dosed before the barista has finished with the previous portafilter. The 1500g hopper holds a working supply so nobody is topping up mid-rush.

Sixteen stepped gears span espresso through filter. Because the steps are indexed rather than stepless, a setting can be dialled back in exactly after someone else has moved it.

Voltage, burr material and colour. The standard build is 220V or 110V — state which you need — and the housing comes in black, white or green. Custom voltage outside those two is available on request.

It occupies 42cm wide by 23cm deep and stands 42cm tall, so allow for the hopper height under any overhead shelving. The 1000W unit is plug-and-play, and carries a 1 Year warranty.
