A 90mm flat burr shears rather than crushes, and the 420 stainless steel carries a titanium coating for edge retention, so this commercial espresso grinder holds its setting through a high-volume service instead of drifting as the burrs dull.

Eight stepped positions on a coarse/fine gear run from espresso through to filter. Stepped means you can move off espresso for a pour-over batch and return to the same click, rather than hunting for the setting again.

The grinder dispenses a preset dose on demand, so a barista pulls the same weight shot after shot without putting a scale under the basket. You set the dose once and the machine repeats it.

Specify 110V or 220V at 50Hz, both drawing 600W, and pick the body colour from black, white or grey. Non-standard voltage is available as a custom build on request.

Footprint is 27.5 cm wide by 24.5 cm deep, standing 60 cm tall, so allow headroom above for lifting the lid off the 1000g hopper and filling it. Install is plug-and-play on an aluminium body.

A 1-year manufacturer warranty covers the grinder, running from delivery on the voltage version you ordered.
