This nano-brewery system is a complete beer-brewing setup for venues that want to make their own lager, ale, IPA, or fruit beer on-site. Each configuration pairs a mash/lauter tun with a boiling/whirlpool tank, pumps, and a heat exchanger, so a bar, hotel, restaurant, or standalone brewery can run wort through the full brew cycle and hand it off to fermentation. Batch sizes run from 100 L to 400 L, with each 100 L batch supporting up to three brews a day.
The wetted parts are SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, and heating is available as electric, steam, or direct-fire depending on the site. Control runs either fully automated on a Siemens PLC or semi-automated on a Schneider PID, and a PT100 sensor feeds tank temperature back to the controller for repeatable brews. Because voltage, power, and footprint are configurable, the system can be planned around the space and utilities you already have.
