This nano-brewery system is a complete beer-brewing setup for venues that want to make their own lager, ale, IPA, or fruit beer on-site. Each configuration pairs a mash/lauter tun with a boiling/whirlpool tank, pumps, and a heat exchanger, so a bar, hotel, restaurant, or standalone brewery can run wort through the full brew cycle and hand it off to fermentation. Batch sizes run from 100 L to 400 L, with each 100 L batch supporting up to three brews a day.

The wetted parts are SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, and heating is available as electric, steam, or direct-fire depending on the site. Control runs either fully automated on a Siemens PLC or semi-automated on a Schneider PID, and a PT100 sensor feeds tank temperature back to the controller for repeatable brews. Because voltage, power, and footprint are configurable, the system can be planned around the space and utilities you already have.

  • Batch sizes: 100 L, 150 L, 200 L, 300 L, 400 L per brew
  • Vessels: 2- or 3-vessel brewhouse, plus optional fermentation, heating, cooling, and CIP systems
  • Heating: electric (24–48 kW on the 200–400 L models), steam, or direct-fire
  • Control: Siemens PLC (fully automatic) or Schneider PID (semi-automatic)

Backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty, with installation instructions, video-guided setup, and on-site engineer support available for commissioning.

Frequently asked questions

What batch sizes does this brewing system come in?

This system is available in 100 L, 150 L, 200 L, 300 L, and 400 L batch sizes, selectable by model. Each 100 L of batch capacity supports up to three brews per day, so the 100 L configuration can run up to about 9 tonnes of beer per month.

Which heating method should I choose for the brewhouse?

You can order the system with electric, steam, or direct-fire heating. On electric, the 200 L, 300 L, and 400 L models draw 24 kW, 36 kW, and 48 kW respectively; steam and direct-fire run around 10 kW. The right choice depends on the utilities available at your site — contact us to confirm what fits.

Is the control system automatic or manual?

Both options are offered. The fully automated version runs on a Siemens PLC, and the semi-automated version uses a Schneider PID controller. In either case a PT100 temperature sensor feeds tank temperature back to the controller so mash and boil temperatures stay where you set them.

What stainless steel is used, and is it food-safe?

Wetted parts are made from SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, both standard grades for food and beverage production. The system is CE certified and ships with a machinery test report.

Does the system include fermentation and cleaning equipment?

The brewhouse itself is a 2- or 3-vessel setup with a mash/lauter tun, boiling/whirlpool tank, pumps, and heat exchanger. It can be expanded into a full turnkey line with fermentation and bright beer tanks, a hot-water tank and boiler, a glycol tank and chiller, and an acid/lye CIP cleaning system. Contact us to spec the full configuration.

How long does delivery and installation take?

Lead time is typically around 30 working days for tanks and about 40 working days for a complete brewery project, timed from the final drawing confirmation. English installation instructions and online video-guided setup are provided, and on-site engineer commissioning is available.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
