Commercial Beer Brewing System — Nano Brewery Brewhouse (100–400 L)

Work backwards from monthly volume: every 100 L of batch capacity supports up to three brews a day, so a 100 L brewhouse covers roughly 9 tonnes a month. Sizes are 100, 150, 200, 300 and 400 L per brew.

Electric heating draws 24 kW on the 200 L, 36 kW on the 300 L and 48 kW on the 400 L. Steam and direct-fire versions sit nearer 10 kW, so pick those where you already have boiler or gas service rather than 48 kW of spare panel capacity.

Fully automatic builds use a Siemens PLC to sequence the brew; semi-automatic builds use a Schneider PID, where you step the process yourself. Both take a PT100 tank probe back to the controller, so mash and boil setpoints hold either way.

Nail down batch size, heating method (electric, steam or direct-fire), control system, voltage, power and vessel dimensions — all are built to order. Wetted parts can be SUS304 or SUS316, so state which grade you want.

Supplied as a 2- or 3-vessel brewhouse: mash/lauter tun, boiling/whirlpool tank, pumps and heat exchanger. Fermentation and bright beer tanks, hot-water tank and boiler, glycol tank and chiller, and acid/lye CIP are separate additions to the line.

Reckon on about 30 working days for tanks alone and 40 for a complete brewery project, counted from final drawing approval. English installation instructions and video-guided setup are included, on-site engineer commissioning is available, and the warranty is 3 years.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
