Add the running wattage of every load — refrigeration, cooking, lighting — then leave headroom for motor start-up surges. The 10 kW rating gives 11 kW standby / 14 kVA at 31A/19A/18A/17A; step up to 15 kW for a full kitchen trailer.

Open type is a bare frame on the steel underframe — lighter, cheaper, easiest to reach for service. The silent version wraps it in a canopy lined with high-density sound-absorbing cotton, putting operating noise at roughly 70–90 dB for events and built-up sites.

Roughly 8 to 24 hours, depending on load and which tank option you order. The standard 58.8 L tank burns about 14.9 L/h at rated load, so light loads stretch that figure considerably.

Only with the optional ATS/AMF module fitted — that detects mains failure, cranks the set and drops it off again when the grid returns. Without it you still have remote start and 12V/24V DC electric start from the LCD panel.

Four things: rated power (10–15 kW), voltage from 230V/380V/400V/415V, frequency 50 or 60 Hz, and single- or three-phase. Also state the configuration — open, silent canopy, trailer, portable or containerized.

Overload, low-oil shutdown, under-voltage and AVR come standard, the last keeping output steady for POS terminals and other sensitive gear. The set carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
