Lead time: 2–4 weeks

This manual bottle filling and capping machine handles small-batch bottling for craft breweries, taprooms and beverage startups that fill by hand rather than by line. An operator loads a glass bottle, the pneumatic head fills it to level, and the same station caps it — so filling and sealing happen at one small footprint instead of two separate machines. The wetted parts are food-grade 304 stainless steel, which keeps the fill path hygienic and easy to clean between beer, water and other still beverages.

It runs on compressed air (pneumatic drive) with a pump as the core component, and the electrical supply can be configured for common single- and three-phase mains. Because the build is made to order, the frame dimensions are customized to the bottles and bench you run.

  • Fills and caps glass bottles at one manual station
  • Food-grade 304 stainless steel contact surfaces
  • Pneumatic drive, pump-fed fill path
  • Sized for moderate craft-scale output

Frequently asked questions

What kind of bottles can this machine fill and cap?

It is built for glass bottles and handles both the filling and the capping step at one manual station. Because the frame is made to order, tell us your bottle size and crown/cap type so it can be configured to match.

How does the filling mechanism work?

Filling is pneumatic — an air-driven head with a pump moves liquid into the bottle to level. You'll need a compressed-air supply on site; the controls are kept simple so staff can run it with minimal training.

Is this machine suitable for a small craft brewery?

Yes. It is designed for moderate, small-batch output and has a compact footprint, which makes it a practical fit for craft breweries, taprooms and beverage startups bottling by hand rather than on a full automated line.

What material contacts the beverage?

All product-contact surfaces are food-grade 304 stainless steel, so the fill path stays hygienic and cleans up easily between batches of beer, water and other still liquids.

What voltage does the machine run on?

The electrical supply can be configured for 220 V, 110 V, 380 V or 440 V to match your local mains. Confirm your required voltage and phase when ordering.

Is there a warranty?

It's backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty, and a machinery test report is provided with the equipment.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
