This nano brewing system is a complete pilot-scale brewhouse for breweries, brewpubs, taprooms, and R&D labs that need to test recipes before scaling to production. It pairs a mash/lauter tank, a brew kettle/whirlpool tank, and a hot liquor tank in a 3-vessel layout, so a single operator can move from grinding malt through mashing, lautering, boiling, and whirlpool in one session. Electric heating with a PID controller keeps mash and boil temperatures accurate, and indirect heating with continuous preservation guards against scorched wort and off-flavors.

The frame is built entirely from 304 stainless steel, mounted on a sturdy bracket with heavy-duty wheels so the unit rolls between prep, brewing, and cleaning positions. A brazed-plate heat exchanger cools wort quickly in a small footprint, while the wort pump and hot-water pump handle transfers and recirculation for a more uniform mash.

  • 3-vessel setup: mash/lauter tank, brew kettle/whirlpool tank, and hot liquor tank
  • PID-controlled electric heating for repeatable mash and boil profiles
  • Brazed-plate heat exchanger, wort pump, and hot-water pump included
  • 304 stainless steel construction on a mobile, heavy-duty frame
  • Whirlpool tangent for clear, bright wort at knockout

Fermentation and packaging are handled by matching equipment — conical fermenters, bright beer tanks, glycol chillers, CIP tanks, and filling lines — which the manufacturer can supply to build out a full brewery around this brewhouse. Contact us to confirm the configuration that fits your floor plan and target batch size.

For a serious homebrewer, this brewhouse turns kitchen-scale batches into consistent, repeatable brews. Electric heating with a PID controller does away with the guesswork of stovetop kettles, while the wort pump and brazed-plate chiller give you cleaner transfers and faster cooling than a manual setup. The 304 stainless build and wheeled frame make it a durable centerpiece for a home brewery or an enthusiast's flavor-testing rig.

Frequently asked questions

What working volumes are available, and which model is which?

50 L and 100 L working volumes, sold as GB-50 and GB-100. Both share the same layout and included pumps, so pick the batch size your recipe trials or small-batch runs call for.

What voltage should I specify when ordering?

Voltage is adjustable between 220 V and 110 V, so name the supply you have at the brewing position on the order. Electric heating is used throughout the system.

How does it hold mash and boil temperatures?

A PID controller with a high-precision probe manages the electric elements, and heating is indirect with continuous temperature preservation — that combination keeps wort off the element and mash steps repeatable batch to batch. A PLC is available in place of the PID.

What arrives with the system, and what do I still need to buy?

The brewhouse ships with the wort pump, hot-water pump, brazed-plate heat exchanger, malt miller, pipes, sturdy bracket and heavy-duty wheels. Fermenters, bright beer tanks, glycol chillers, CIP tanks and filling lines are separate items from the same manufacturer.

How far can the configuration be customised?

Vessel count runs from 1 to 4, heating can be electric, steam or direct fire, and accessories are built to order. State the vessel count and heating method with the order rather than choosing a stock model.

What warranty covers the system?

Coverage is a 1-year warranty on accessories and electronic components, with a 3-year tank body guarantee. The tanks and frame are 304 stainless steel, and the unit measures about 2.4 m deep by 0.8 m wide and 1.8 m high.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
