Three things: a liquid CO2 supply plumbed to the machine, the 1.5 L tank filled with tap or bottled water, and a DC 12V 5A supply for the 25 W draw. The CO2 line is what makes the ice; water serves the glass-chilling side.

Your mains voltage, since the machine itself runs on DC 12V and models are built for 110–240 V supplies. Controls are English only, and private mould OEM builds are supported if you need the housing changed.

A CO2 cycle leaves no bacteria or stale freezer odours on the glass, and the glass comes out cold and dry rather than wet, so the drink holds temperature from the first sip without diluting.

Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
