Yes. The whole service zone — front counter, back bar and display cabinet — is designed and built to order. Dimensions, layout, materials, finishes, lighting and equipment openings are confirmed against your floor plan, brand guideline and equipment list before production.

The counter and cabinet frames can be specified in metal, glass, MDF or stainless steel, powder-coated in gray, silver, white or black, with integrated LED strip lighting throughout. Other brand finishes can be matched on request — contact us to confirm.

The project covers the full operational zone as one coordinated system: a front service counter for ordering, POS payment and mobile-order handoff; a back bar for the espresso station, refrigeration and storage; and the display cabinet for baked goods, packaged coffee and grab-and-go merchandise. A menu light box, retail wall and storage cabinets can be added to the same drawings.

Provide your store location, floor plan and dimensions, brand guideline, preferred design direction, equipment list, expected opening date and installation requirements. The confirmed equipment list lets the manufacturer plan equipment openings, power positions, and water and drainage interfaces before production.

Yes. Integrated LED strip lighting runs throughout the counters and display cabinet to light the service line and merchandise. Additional task lighting over the back bar or espresso station can be worked into the drawings — contact us to confirm.

Yes. A chain rollout can use standardized fixture modules, finish schedules, signage positions and packing references while allowing per-store layout adjustments for different footprints and local operating conditions. The scope runs from shop drawings and custom manufacturing through export packing and on-site installation guidance.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
