A nozzle is inserted into the bag mouth and draws the air out from outside, so nothing has to fit under a lid. Pack height and bag size are limited only by your working space, which is why quilts, pillows and sacks of rice suit this machine.

Heavier, bulkier goods: quilts, pillows, rice, vegetables, fruit, agricultural and sideline produce, plus plastic and metal moulds. The working height adjusts to the product, so compressed textiles and tall sacks both run on the same frame.

AC 380 V / 50 Hz three-phase — single-phase sites cannot run it. The 750 W pump draws 20 m³/h and the heat-seal element is 500 W, so plan the circuit for both loads together.

Bags up to 600 mm across close in one press, with a weld of either 8 mm or 10 mm width. Specify the seal width you want when ordering — 10 mm gives a broader bond on heavier sacks.

Two options: mild steel for general packing rooms, stainless steel for food and wash-down areas. State the body material and the working height you need at order, as both are set to your specification.

The machine stands 800 mm wide, 900 mm deep and 1700 mm tall, so allow for a full-height floor position plus operator room at the bag mouth. Cover is a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
