Vertical External Vacuum Sealing Machine — 600 mm Bar

An external (nozzle) sealer draws air out of the bag through a nozzle rather than enclosing it in a chamber. Because there's no chamber lid to fit under, it can handle much larger and taller packages — which is why this vertical model suits quilts, pillows and sacks of produce rather than small food portions.

It's designed for heavier, bulkier loads: quilts, pillows, rice, vegetables, fruit, agricultural and sideline products, plus plastic and metal molds. The working height is adjustable to match the product, so both compressed textiles and tall bags work.

It runs on AC 380 V / 50 Hz three-phase power. The vacuum pump is 750 W with a 20 m³/h stroke volume, and the heat-sealing element is 500 W.

The sealing bar is 600 mm long and produces an 8 mm or 10 mm weld width in a single press, so it closes wide bags in one cycle.

Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
