How does the automatic pour work?
Set the glass in the holder and press the button: the holder tilts it, beer fills from the bottom up so the head stays controlled, and the unit finishes with a foam cap. No lever, no judgement call, so a new server pours the same glass as your best bartender.
How cold does it pour, and how long before service?
Beer leaves the tap at roughly 3–7 °C. Allow about 3 hours from a cold start to reach that temperature, so switch it on before opening rather than at the door.
Why water cooling rather than direct chilling?
A 30 L chilled water tank sits between the 1/3 HP, 280 W R134a compressor and the beer line, holding the cold steady through rush pours instead of letting outlet temperature drift as demand spikes.
How much can one tap serve in a session?
Output capacity is 100 L per session through a single stainless steel tap — enough for one busy line in a bar, pub, hotel or taproom. Venues running two beers at once will need a second unit.
What do I need on site to run it?
A countertop with a standard outlet is the whole installation — it is plug powered at 220–240 V, with a 110 V build available, so specify your voltage when ordering. Your keg and CO₂ supply connect to it.
How far does the customisation go?
OEM covers finish and dimensions: polished or brushed stainless on the body and tap, and the cabinet sized to your bar layout. Send your counter measurements and preferred finish with the order.
What warranty is included?
Every unit ships with a 1 Year warranty, covering the dispenser as supplied — cabinet, tap and the 1/3 HP water-cooling system.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page.
