Five grind grades are adjustable on the machine, and beans are ground fresh for each drink before extraction through the 19-bar Italian ULKA pump. Dial the grade in against your beans once the recipes are set.

Both are sized for a moderate-traffic counter, with automatic low-bean, low-water and full-grounds-tank alerts so staff top up before service stops. For heavier duty, run it off an external supply instead of the tank.

An external barreled-water or pressurized water source can be connected in place of the 3.5 L tank, which is the setup to specify for higher-volume service.

Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
