How many bottles can one batch of solution clean?
Many bottles per batch — the pump jets solution into the bottle and returns it to the reservoir rather than sending it to drain, so a single fill of cleaning solution keeps working until it is visibly loaded and you replace it.
What does the 750 W pump actually give you at the nozzle?
A rinse flow of 3 t/h, which is what clears dust and glass fragments out of a bottle in one pass rather than needing a second dunk. The pump is the only moving part in the cleaning circuit.
How many operators does it take to run?
One. Loading and rinsing is done by hand while the pump sits on a simple on/off control, so there is no cycle timing or sequencing to learn — training a new staff member takes minutes, not a shift.
What do I need to specify when ordering?
