How many servings does one 64 oz fill pour, and how often will staff need to top it up?
64 oz (1.8 L) works out to roughly eight 8 oz cups per fill, so a breakfast line or office counter should plan on refilling between rushes rather than once a day.
What counter space and installation does it need?
Allow a 50 x 50 cm footprint and 50 cm of height clearance, plus a power point. No plumbing, no mounting — set it down, plug it in and fill the reservoir.
What electrical supply should we specify when ordering?
Specify your plug type on the order — the unit ships with a customised plug for your market. It draws 1000 W at 50–60 Hz, so give it a dedicated socket rather than sharing a strip with other counter equipment.
Does it chill the coffee itself, or do we pour in cold brew that's already cold?
Chilling is handled by the unit: the stainless reservoir holds brewed coffee and keeps it cold, running automatically once powered, so guests pour from the front tap without staff at the counter.
How far does the customisation go?
Two things can be specified: exterior colour, to match a bar front or lobby scheme, and plug type for your region. Body and filter remain stainless steel; the 50 cm cube dimensions are fixed.
What does the warranty cover and what is the unit's service pressure?
A 1 year manufacturer warranty applies. The system runs at 0.5 MPa, and the stainless steel filter is a removable part rather than a disposable consumable.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page.
