Frequently asked questions

What makes a nitro pour different from cold brew on tap?

Nitrogen. Forced through a restrictor disc in a stout faucet, it drops the cascade and leaves a dense creamy head; plain cold brew on tap pours flat.

Do I need a nitrogen tank?

Not always. Some units carry an onboard nitrogenator and run from air; others take a gas cylinder like a stout line. We'll note which a model uses before you order.

Countertop tap or a draft tower?

A countertop unit suits a cafe adding one line; a tower with its own chilled keg suits volume and reads as a bar. Tell us your peak hour and we'll size it.
