Frequently asked questions
What is a countertop water boiler used for in a milk tea shop?
It provides a steady on-demand supply of near-boiling water for brewing tea, dissolving syrups and fructose, and topping up milk tea or coffee drinks. The microcomputer stepping control keeps the water hot and ready so staff never wait on a kettle during a rush.
How much hot water can this boiler dispense per hour?
The range is offered in 30 L/h, 35 L/h and 50 L/h capacities. Choose the throughput that matches your peak service volume — higher-output models suit busier bubble tea and coffee counters.
Does this water boiler need to be plumbed in?
No. It installs on the countertop and is plug-powered on a standard 220–240V supply, with EU and UK plug options available. No fixed water line rough-in is required.
What are the dimensions and footprint of the unit?
The boiler measures 190 × 260 × 538 mm (W × D × H), a slim rectangular shape designed to fit into tight prep stations and crowded back bars without crowding the counter.
Is the water boiler safe for food service?
Yes. It is built with a food-grade stainless steel body and a ceramic filter to help keep water clean, meeting the hygiene demands of a commercial beverage bar.
What warranty comes with the water boiler?
It is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
