Made to order to your spec — you choose the size and configuration.

A high-speed speed oven merges microwave energy with convection and radiant heat, so a busy kitchen can roast a chicken, bake a tray or reheat plated dishes in a fraction of the time a conventional oven needs. Built from Grade 304 stainless steel, it stands up to the wipe-downs and constant duty of a restaurant, hotel or bakery line, and its compact 409 × 658 × 607 mm footprint fits on a worktop or shelf where a full-size oven never would.

Cooking is controlled rather than guessed: temperature holds to within ±1°C, a timer manages each cycle, and auto shut-off ends the cook safely once time is up. The unit runs on electricity alone — no gas connection — drawing between 1000 and 3000 W depending on the program in use.

Frequently asked questions

What is a high-speed speed oven and how does it cook faster?

A speed oven combines microwave energy with convection and radiant heat in one cavity. The microwave energy heats food from within while convection and radiant heat brown and finish the surface, so roasting, baking and reheating take a fraction of the time a conventional oven needs.

Does this oven need a gas connection or special power supply?

No gas is required — it runs on electricity only, drawing between 1000 and 3000 W depending on the cooking mode. Contact us to confirm the exact voltage and plug for your region, as these can be customized.

What kitchens is this commercial speed oven suitable for?

It is designed for restaurants, hotels and bakeries that need fast turnaround — roasting chicken, baking trays or reheating plated dishes. Its compact footprint lets it sit on a worktop or shelf rather than taking floor space.

How precise is the temperature control?

Temperature holds to within ±1°C, with a timer for each cycle, an energy-saving mode and auto shut-off for safety. That accuracy keeps results consistent from the first cover to the last of a service.

What material is the oven made from and how easy is it to clean?

The body is Grade 304 stainless steel throughout, chosen to withstand repeated cleaning and the humidity of a busy kitchen. The silver finish wipes down easily between cooking cycles.

Is there a warranty on this oven?

It is backed by a 1-year parts warranty from the manufacturer. Contact us to confirm the coverage details for your order.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
