Customisation covers the cook line, interior layout, trailer length and exterior colour and branding. Specify your menu and the equipment it needs — burner stove, griddle, fryer, chargrill, salamander, pizza oven, soft-serve machine — and the free 3D layout design is drawn around it.

Wiring is built to the equipment load, from 1.5 kW up to 30 kW, at 110 V, 220 V or 380 V. State your region's supply and the full cook line when ordering — a fryer and chargrill build sits far higher up that range than a coffee or soft-serve fit-out.

Body lengths run from 3 to 9 m, so pick the length your pitch and cook line need. A heavy-duty welded steel chassis on a dual tandem torsion axle carries it stably when fully loaded, and 2-, 3- or 4-wheel configurations can be specified.

Sanitation runs a 2- or 3-compartment sink plus a separate hand-wash sink — specify which sink count your local health code requires. Worktops, cabinets and seamless walls are 304 stainless, and the floor is anti-slip aluminium diamond plate.

Each unit ships DOT, CE and ISO9001 certified and carries a standardized VIN, which is what customs clearance and legal road registration are processed against.

A 1-year manufacturer warranty covers the trailer structure and the factory-installed equipment — the chassis, body and the cook line fitted at the build stage, rather than anything added later.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
