It rectifies the vapor as it rises: reflux plates stacked above the copper pot tighten the cut, while the copper strips sulfur compounds. The result is a cleaner distillate than a single pot pass, on spirits, brandy, vodka, whiskey or fruit eaux-de-vie.

Pot and columns are pure copper (T2), where the vapor contact matters; frame and fittings are 304 stainless steel. The condenser, distillation head and heating stage come as one integrated tower rather than separate pieces to plumb together.

Width barely changes, height does: the 20 L stands 110 cm high at 55 cm wide, the 30 L is 120 x 55 cm, and the 65 L is 170 x 56 cm. Allow overhead room for the tower and the lift-off head on the 65 L in particular.

Three: electric control on a 220 V supply, direct heat over an open flame, or an induction plate. Specify 220 V electric when ordering if you want the automatic control stage; flame and induction are for benches without a dedicated circuit.
