I’ve been a sous chef for 12 years and this has become one of my go-to prep knives. Light, balanced, and razor sharp right out of the box. The wood handle is super comfortable, even during long shifts. Would totally recommend this to colleagues.

This knife rivals blades I've seen at twice the price. We’ve used the 4 inch Style-B at our cocktail bar for garnish prep—it’s precise, beautiful, and holds up to lots of citrus and herb work. The wood handle gives it a rustic, artisanal look too.

Been using it for two months solid in a high-volume seafood restaurant. Edge retention is fantastic and the knife itself looks beautiful. It feels premium and durable and the sheath is a nice bonus. Would definitely get another.
