Metal caps from 20 to 40 mm in diameter and bottles from 100 to 300 mm tall, all on one machine. The continuous-lift head travels to meet the bottle, so short and tall formats run without swapping the unit.

Up to 20 bottles a minute, which is the ceiling set by how fast one person can place a bottle and cap under the head. Feed it from the end of a filling table and that pace holds through a batch.

The operator does the handling and the machine does the sealing: you position each filled bottle with its cap, and the electric head locks it on. That makes this bottle sealing machine a fit for beverage, sauce, cosmetic and pharmacy batches too small to justify an automatic line.
