Which trays does the sealing head work with?
Plastic, PP and CPET trays, sealed with film across the rim. Tray footprint has to match the sealing head, so state the tray dimensions you run when you order rather than assuming a stock die fits.
What services does the machine need on site?
Two supplies: 220 V single-phase power, and compressed air, since the drive and sealing pressure are pneumatic rather than motor-driven. Neither an air compressor nor the nitrogen cylinder is part of the machine.
How does the nitrogen flush help shelf life?
Each pack is flushed with nitrogen before the film is sealed, displacing the oxygen inside the tray. That modified-atmosphere step slows oxidation, so contents hold longer than under a plain heat seal.
How much bench space does it take up?
Allow 980 mm wide by 860 mm deep, standing 850 mm tall, on a bench or dedicated stand strong enough to carry it. Leave room at the operator side for loading trays and at the rear for the air line.
What does the operator actually do each cycle?
Load a filled tray with film, start the cycle and unload — it is semi-automatic, so the flush and seal are the machine's job. The pneumatic drive is quiet, which suits a prep area alongside other work.
What certification and support does it come with?
CE, RoHS and ISO 9001, with a 1 Year warranty and online support from the manufacturer. The sealing station and vacuum chamber are stainless steel, which stands up to a wet kitchen.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
