Standard build is 304 stainless steel, the food-service grade that shrugs off constant water, soap and sanitizer, in a 0.8 mm (22-gauge) pressed bowl with a heavier 1.0 mm (20-gauge) splash board. Ask for 201 to cut cost or 316 for coastal humidity.

Yes — bowl, drain and faucet-hole dimensions are made to measure, so a commercial hand sink can be cut to land on the pipework already in the wall rather than forcing a re-pipe. Bowl shape can be rectangular, triangular, oval or round.

The standard basin measures 40 cm wide, 46 cm deep and 35 cm high, and fixes straight to the wall — no legs or floor footprint, so it fits at the prep line, warewashing station or beside the cookline. Mounting clips are an optional add-on.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
