Made to order to your spec — you choose the size and configuration.
The frozen meat slicing machine is a continuous-feed cutter built for meat processing plants, slaughterhouses and high-volume kitchens that need consistent portion control. It handles fresh and frozen product — beef, mutton, pork, chicken, ham, sausage, plus fish and cheese — down to a cutting temperature of around -5 °C, so you can slice straight from the freezer without a full thaw. Slice thickness is set on the control interface and holds anywhere from 1 mm to 30 mm, giving you steaks, chops, cured-meat slices or thin shabu cuts from the same machine.
A conveyor-belt feed pairs with a pneumatic cutting assist that grips the block and stops it slipping, so each slice comes off with a smooth face and an even thickness. The body is food-grade stainless steel throughout, frosted and free of cleaning dead corners, and rinses down with water to meet hygiene requirements in wet processing areas.

Frequently asked questions
Can this machine cut frozen meat, or only fresh?
It handles both. The cutter works down to a temperature of about -5 °C, so you can slice product straight from the freezer as well as fresh meat, fish, sausage and cheese — no full thaw needed.
What slice thickness can I set?
Slice thickness is adjustable on the control interface from 1 mm up to 30 mm, so the same machine produces thin shabu cuts, standard steaks, chops and cured-meat slices.
How much meat can it process per hour?
The rated production capacity is around 100 kg/h, with the larger models in the range described as processing 400–500 kg/h. Contact us to confirm the throughput for the configuration you need.
What power supply does the machine require?
It runs on 220V or 380V at 50 Hz with a 2.2 kW motor. Confirm your available voltage when ordering so it can be set up correctly.
Is the machine easy to clean for hygienic processing?
Yes. The body is food-grade stainless steel with a frosted finish and no cleaning dead corners, and the conveyor and blades rinse down with water, meeting hygiene requirements for wet processing areas.
Does it come with a warranty and installation support?
It is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. On-site commissioning, installation and staff training are also offered — contact us to arrange scheduling.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
