The commercial frozen meat slicer cuts chilled and frozen cuts into even slices for delis, butcher counters, hot-pot restaurants and prep kitchens. Its 300 mm stainless steel blade powers through firm frozen product without thawing, and the automatic carriage feeds the meat through on its own — the operator loads the cut, sets the thickness and lets the machine run, freeing staff for other prep.
Thickness is adjustable across the full 0–12 mm range, so the same unit handles paper-thin shabu-shabu sheets and thicker steak-style cuts. The 850 W motor and wide 110–240 V input suit busy back-of-house service, and the stainless steel build wipes down between batches to meet hygiene routines.

Straight from frozen — the 300 mm blade and 850 W motor drive through firm frozen product without thawing, so you keep portion weight consistent and avoid the moisture loss of a partial defrost.
Will one machine cover both hot-pot sheets and thicker steak portions?
Yes, the thickness dial runs the full 0–12 mm range: paper-thin shabu-shabu and hot-pot sheets at the bottom end, steak-style cuts as you move toward 12 mm, with no change of parts between them.
How much operator attention does it need during a service rush?
Very little once it is running. The carriage feeds in automatic mode, so an operator loads the cut, sets thickness and starts it — no hand-guiding each pass, which releases a pair of hands for other prep.
What bench space and power should we allow for it?
Allow 520 mm wide by 450 mm deep and 660 mm of height on a bench or dedicated stand. Supply is 110–240 V at 50/60 Hz, 850 W, so it suits most back-of-house circuits without a step-up transformer.

Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery.
