Its 300 mm stainless steel blade powers through firm frozen product without thawing, and the automatic carriage feeds the meat through on its own — the operator loads the cut, sets the thickness and lets the machine run, freeing staff for other prep.

It is built for frozen and chilled meat. The 300 mm stainless steel blade and 850 W motor cut firm frozen product cleanly without thawing, which keeps portions consistent and avoids the moisture loss of partial defrosting.
How thin can the slices be adjusted?
Thickness is adjustable across the full 0–12 mm range. That covers paper-thin shabu-shabu and hot-pot sheets at the low end and thicker steak-style portions toward 12 mm — all on the same machine.
Does the slicer feed the meat automatically?
Yes. It runs in automatic mode, so the carriage feeds the cut through on its own once you load it and set the thickness. Staff can handle other prep while it slices instead of guiding each cut by hand.

Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping.
