Half-square and large-square moulds are both available as factory options, as is a UVC-LED germicidal lamp. State the mould you want when you place the order — the default build produces standard cube ice.

The cabinet is 600mm wide, 700mm deep and 930mm high, which suits most back-bar and prep-area runs. Budget extra depth and side space beyond those figures for airflow to the air-cooled condenser.
