Type: 100 Type

The commercial electric meat cutting machine handles the high-volume meat prep a butchery, restaurant kitchen, or food-processing line runs through every shift. One stainless steel unit slices, shreds, and dices fresh meat from a single 270×100 mm feed inlet, so kitchen staff stop tying up cooks on hand-cutting and feed the line at a steady pace instead.

  • Stainless steel body and contact parts — wipe-down cleaning and corrosion resistance for daily meat contact.
  • Interchangeable cutting setup adjusts the cut from roughly 2.5 mm to 50 mm, covering thin slices through diced cubes.
  • 2200 W motor in 220 V or 110 V, so it drops into a North American or export-spec kitchen without a separate transformer.

It suits farms, restaurants, and retail meat counters that need consistent portions without staffing a knife station. Throughput depends on the model and cut; contact us to confirm capacity for your menu.

Frequently asked questions

How do the three variants differ?

Feed inlet and cutting range separate them: the 90 Type takes a 50 × 100 mm inlet and the 100 Type a 100 × 100 mm, both cutting 2.5–35 mm, while the 300 Type opens to 270 × 100 mm and cuts 2.5–50 mm.

What cut sizes does it produce, and how do you change between them?

Anything from roughly 2.5 mm up to 50 mm on the 300 Type — thin slices, shredded meat, diced cubes. The cut is set by the knife configuration, so you swap the cutting setup rather than dialling a gauge.

Which voltage should I order?

The 2200 W (2.95 hp) motor is built in either 220 V or 110 V, so no separate transformer is needed for a North American or export-spec kitchen. State 110 V or 220 V on the order.

How much bench space does it need?

Allow 580 mm wide by 500 mm deep, standing 780 mm tall — enough clearance above and in front to load the 270 × 100 mm inlet on the 300 Type.

What are the body and contact parts made of?

Stainless steel throughout the body and the surfaces that touch meat, chosen for corrosion resistance under daily fresh-meat contact and for wipe-down at the end of service.

What warranty and paperwork come with the machine?

A 1 year manufacturer warranty covers the unit, and a machinery test report ships with it.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
