This is a fully automatic bean-to-cup espresso machine built for self-service. The touchscreen walks anyone through the menu, so a visitor in a lobby or a receptionist with no coffee training pours the same cup a barista would. Set it up in a waiting area, breakroom, hotel corridor, or co-working space and let people press a button — the machine grinds, brews, and steams milk on its own.

Two separate bean hoppers hold 2 kg combined, so you can keep a house roast and a decaf — or two blends — loaded and ready, switching per drink from the screen. The 20-bar pump pulls a proper espresso, and the integrated milk box turns out cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites without a manual steam wand. Self-cleaning cycles handle the routine maintenance, which keeps unattended or lightly staffed points running with little intervention.

Rated for roughly 250 cups a day, it fits offices, hotels, hospital lounges, reception areas, and small cafés. The 1.1 L water tank needs no plumbing, the 900 g grounds drawer empties in seconds, and the Class A efficiency rating keeps running costs down. Adjustable grinder settings and programmable temperature let you dial in the cup once and hold it consistent from the first pour to the last.

Frequently asked questions

How many cups per day can this espresso machine handle?

It's rated for roughly 250 cups per day, which suits offices, hotel breakfast service, reception areas, and small cafés. For heavier peak loads, the 1.1 L water tank and 900 g grounds drawer will need refilling and emptying more often during busy periods.

What does the dual bean hopper do, and how much does it hold?

The two separate hoppers hold 2 kg of beans combined and let you keep two coffees loaded at once — for example a house roast and a decaf, or two different blends. You select which bean to use per drink from the touchscreen, with no need to swap beans by hand.

Can this machine make milk-based drinks like cappuccinos?

Yes. It includes an integrated milk box, so it pours cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites automatically without a manual steam wand. Combined with the 20-bar pump for espresso, it covers a full menu of bean-to-cup drinks at the touch of a button.

Does it need a plumbed water connection?

No — it draws from a built-in 1.1 L water tank, so it doesn't require a plumbed line and can sit on any counter with a power outlet. Staff top up the tank as needed through the day.

Which plug type does it ship with?

You can select UK, US, AU, or EU plug type when ordering. Choose the option that matches your region; contact us to confirm voltage compatibility for your site.

What warranty and after-sales support are included?

It's backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty, with free spare parts available. Contact us to confirm support details for your location.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
