Honestly surprised how well-made this knife is. Gorgeous detailing on the leather case, and it came sharp right out of the box. We’ve used it nonstop for fruit and pastry prep in our café. Definitely plan on ordering a few more!

We ordered one for our boutique hotel’s lounge kitchen. Fits perfectly in hand and the emperor wood handle gives excellent grip even when wet. Only wish the sheath had a belt clip for quicker access, but that's minor. Overall great quality.
