How fast does it frost a glass, and does anything need pre-chilling?
Seconds — a burst of CO2 gas frosts the glass on contact and it pours straight away. Nothing goes in the freezer beforehand, so you get the freezer shelf back and no glass sits waiting to warm up.
What has to be in place before it can be used?
A standard CO2 cylinder and a mains socket. Draw is only 30W at 110–220V, and there is no compressor in the unit — the cooling comes entirely from the gas, which is why the body stays this slim.
How much back-bar space does it take, and which way does the glass go in?
130 mm wide by 270 mm deep and 410 mm tall, sitting on the counter — the narrowest body in the range. The glass loads from underneath, so leave the height clear above rather than to the sides.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
