The standard 20 ft unit measures 6058 × 2438 × 2591 mm with about 14.86 m² of floor area, and the 40 ft unit measures 12192 × 2438 × 2591 mm with about 29.72 m². Custom builds run 3–15 m long, 2.4–4 m wide and 2.5–3 m high, so you can match the footprint to your site.

The walls use galvanized steel sandwich panels with an EPS, PU or rock wool core, giving both thermal and sound insulation. Wall thickness is available in 50, 75 or 100 mm — thicker panels for colder climates or quieter interiors.

A welded unit ships as a finished module and drops onto a prepared pad, so it is usable within days once delivered. Manufacturing lead time is 15 to 50 days depending on the size and configuration you order.

Yes. The modules are portable and reusable, so you can relocate the unit if your site changes, and the modular design lets you add units to expand floor space rather than rebuilding.

The steel structure is rated for wind resistance to grade 10–12 and earthquake resistance to grade 8, and the shell is waterproof, which suits it to exposed outdoor sites.

The 20 ft unit ships as one room with an electrical system. The 40 ft unit can be configured as two bedrooms with a bathroom and kitchen. Doors are a security steel door or a glass door, and the interior layout is customizable — specify your requirements when ordering.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
