This semi-automatic beer keg washer and filler cleans, sanitizes and fills kegs on a single PLC-controlled station, so a craft brewery or taproom can turn dirty returns around without a manual wash line. The operator loads a keg, selects a stored recipe on the touch-screen HMI, and the machine runs the full cycle: pre-rinse, hot caustic wash with heating, intermediate rinse, acid or sanitizer rinse, final rinse, then a CO2 back-pressurized fill. Time, temperature and pressure for each step are adjustable, so you dial the program to your caustic strength and keg condition instead of accepting fixed timings.

All wetted parts are mirror-polished to Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, fully TIG-welded and passivated, which keeps the flow path within brewery hygiene expectations (HACCP and FDA-oriented construction).
