Lead time: 2–4 weeks

A complete 1 BBL brewing system is an all-in-one plant that takes a venue from malted grain to packaged beer without cobbling together mismatched vessels. It bundles the milling, brewhouse, fermentation, cooling, cleaning, and control stages into one coordinated setup, sized for the smallest commercial batch so a brewpub or startup microbrewery can prove a recipe at real scale before scaling up.

The brewhouse runs on 600 L mash/lauter, kettle/whirlpool, and hot liquor tanks, feeding six 600 L (or 1200 L double-batch) fermenters through a plate heat exchanger, wort pump, hops filter, yeast tank, and oxygenation device. A dedicated glycol tank and 3 HP chiller hold fermentation temperature steady, while a two-tank 50 L CIP unit on a trolley cleans the system in place to cut labor between brews. A PLC touchscreen or PID controller manages the process. The setup produces 10–30 HL per week across 2–6 brews, fitting into under 45 m² and manageable by a single brewmaster.

  • All-welded SUS304 food-grade construction, 3 mm inner shell and 2 mm outer shell, with 100% TIG welds and 6-pass mirror polishing to Ra 0.4 μm
  • Dimpled cooling jackets on cone tops and shell bottoms, pressure-tested to 5 bar (jacket) and 4 bar (internal shell)
  • International-brand chiller, heat exchanger, and Schneider/ABB electronics for easier after-sales support
  • Configurable heating (electric, steam, or direct fire), voltage, size, and color; recipes tailored up to 33 Plato

For a dedicated homebrewer who has outgrown small kit batches, a 1 BBL system is the step up to commercial-grade equipment at home. It brings the same precise temperature control, clean-in-place tanks, and repeatable process that a brewpub relies on, so every batch comes out consistent instead of hit-or-miss. With a footprint under 45 m² and one-person operation, it fits an ambitious garage or basement brewery for anyone serious about turning a hobby into a craft.

Frequently asked questions

What does a 1 BBL commercial brewing system include?

It is a turnkey setup covering every brewing stage: an optional malt milling system, a brewhouse with 600 L mash/lauter, kettle/whirlpool, and hot liquor tanks, six 600 L (or 1200 L double-batch) fermenters, a glycol cooling loop with a 3 HP chiller, a two-tank 50 L CIP cleaning unit, and a PLC or PID control cabinet. A plate heat exchanger, wort pump, hops filter, yeast tank, and oxygenation device are included.

How much beer can a 1 BBL system produce per week?

The system runs 2 to 6 brews per week for a weekly output of roughly 10 to 30 HL, and a single brewmaster can operate it. That makes it a fit for brewpubs, startup microbreweries, and advanced homebrewers testing recipes at commercial scale.

How much floor space does the system need?

It fits into under 45 m². The layout is coordinated so the brewhouse, fermentation, cooling, and cleaning stages share one compact footprint rather than sprawling across a large room.

Can the system be customized for my beer style and setup?

Yes. The equipment design can be tailored to your brewing method and beer style up to 33 Plato, and heating (electric, steam, or direct fire), voltage, size, and color are all configurable. Contact us to confirm the exact specification for your recipes and space.

What materials are used and how are the tanks finished?

Construction uses SUS304 food-grade stainless steel with a 3 mm inner shell and 2 mm outer shell, joined with 100% TIG welding. Tanks get 6-pass mirror polishing to Ra 0.4 μm for 360° cleaning without dead ends, and dimpled cooling jackets are pressure-tested before shipping.

What warranty comes with the brewing system?

The main machine is backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty, with a 1-year warranty on accessories and electronic components. During this period the manufacturer covers free repair or replacement of faulty parts, along with technical support.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
