Honestly, this 67 layer Damascus knife changed my flow during dinner rush. It’s light, ergonomic, and keeps its edge incredibly well. I’ve used a lot of high-end tools over the past 12 years running kitchens, and this one competes with blades triple the price. Will be ordering more for our prep team.

I purchased this knife for our hotel kitchen. The blade is noticeably sharper and glides through produce and meats beautifully. I'm giving four stars only because the handle was slightly different in shade than pictured—nothing major at all, and doesn’t impact performance. Still, a solid and lavish tool for any pro kitchen.
