A frozen meat roll cutting machine is a stainless steel slicer built for meat processing plants, central kitchens and hotpot suppliers that portion beef, mutton, pork and fish in volume. It takes fresh or frozen blocks — no thawing needed, down to -18°C — and cuts even, unbroken slices or rolls at a thickness you set on the CNC panel. Feeding, pressing, thickness and shutdown run as one automated cycle: electric push feed steps the meat forward, the cutter and conveyor sync automatically, and the machine stops and retracts the push board once the block is done.

Roll counts from 1 to 8, matching outputs of 50–400 kg/h — pick the model to your throughput.
Slice thickness from 0.1 mm up to 8 mm (1 roll), 20 mm (2 rolls), 50 mm (4 and 6 rolls) or 100 mm (8 rolls), so paper-thin hotpot rolls and thicker portions come off the same line.

Can it slice blocks straight from the freezer, or does the meat need tempering first?

Blocks go in at -18°C with no thawing step. The high-hardness alloy blade and PVC pressing plate hold the block firm so slices come off whole instead of shattering at the edges.

How do I choose between the 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 roll models?

Size it by throughput: 1 roll runs about 50 kg/h, 2 rolls 100, 4 rolls 200, 6 rolls 300 and 8 rolls up to 400 kg/h. Larger roll counts also take wider blocks, so match the model to your daily portioning volume.

How fine can the slices go, and how is thickness set?

Every model slices from 0.1 mm; the top end depends on the roll count — 8 mm on the 1-roll, 20 mm on the 2-roll, 50 mm on the 4- and 6-roll and 100 mm on the 8-roll. Thickness is dialled in on the CNC panel, and slice speed runs from 50–60 pcs/min on the 1-roll to 400–480 pcs/min on the 8-roll.

What floor space and ceiling height should I allow?

Footprints range from 1100 x 400 mm and 930 mm tall for the 1 roll model up to 1700 x 1150 mm and 1400 mm tall for the 8 roll. Max cutting height is 180 mm, which caps the block size you can load.

What do I need to specify when ordering?

State roll count and voltage — 110 V or 220 V — on the order; power runs from 1.5 kW on the 1-roll to 3 kW on the 2-, 4- and 6-roll and 4 kW on the 8-roll. Warranty is 1 year from the manufacturer, and the machine is built to 2006/42/EC.

What keeps an operator safe on a continuous line?

Opening the protection door cuts power to the machine. The cycle also ends itself, stopping and retracting the push board once a block is through, and an automatic oil pump lubricates the drive across long shifts.
