A frozen meat roll cutting machine is a stainless steel slicer built for meat processing plants, central kitchens and hotpot suppliers that portion beef, mutton, pork and fish in volume. It takes fresh or frozen blocks — no thawing needed, down to -18°C — and cuts even, unbroken slices or rolls at a thickness you set on the CNC panel. Feeding, pressing, thickness and shutdown run as one automated cycle: electric push feed steps the meat forward, the cutter and conveyor sync automatically, and the machine stops and retracts the push board once the block is done.
Roll counts from 1 to 8, matching outputs of roughly 50–400 kg/h — pick the model to your throughput.
Adjustable slice thickness across the range, so the same machine handles paper-thin hotpot rolls and thicker portions.
Food-grade thickened stainless steel body with a pure-copper motor and high-hardness alloy blade for long service life.
PVC food-grade pressing plate and single-hand press wheel keep every block held firm and hygienic.
Automatic oil pump for precise lubrication, plus a safety door that cuts power when opened.
Continuous roll changes without stopping suit irregular frozen blocks and keep a busy line moving. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Can this machine slice meat straight from the freezer?
Yes. The alloy steel blade cuts frozen blocks down to -18°C with no thawing, and the slices stay whole and neat rather than breaking up.
What types of meat can the machine cut?
It handles beef, mutton, pork and fish, both fresh and frozen. Adjustable thickness makes it suitable for thin hotpot rolls through to thicker portions.
How do the roll-count models differ in capacity?
Roll count scales the output: 1 roll runs about 50 kg/h, 2 rolls about 100 kg/h, 4 rolls 200 kg/h, 6 rolls 300 kg/h and 8 rolls up to 400 kg/h. Max slice thickness and cutting width also increase with the larger models. Contact us to confirm the right fit for your line.
What slice thickness range does the machine offer?
Thickness is set on the CNC panel and ranges from 0.1 mm up to 100 mm depending on the model, with smaller models topping out lower. The panel makes fine adjustments quick and repeatable.
Is the machine safe to run on a production line?
The protection door cuts power automatically when opened, and the cycle stops and retracts the push board on its own once a block is finished. An automatic oil pump keeps the drive lubricated during long shifts.
What warranty comes with the machine?
It is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty, with ongoing after-sales support. Contact us to confirm current terms for your region.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
