Made to order to your spec — you choose the size and configuration.

A refrigerated prep table is the workstation that combines a chilled ingredient rail with a cold storage base, so a kitchen can build pizzas, sandwiches and salads without walking to the walk-in between orders. This unit holds a steady 2–8°C across its double-door cabinet, keeping toppings and fillings at food-safe temperatures through a full service.

  • Double-door cold base on an adjustable thermostat, with automatic defrost so the interior stays frost-free.
  • Stainless steel 201/304 construction that wipes down fast and stands up to a busy line.
  • Available with direct-cooling or forced-air cooling, and in 110–120V or 220–240V single-phase to match your site.
  • R134a refrigerant with a 200W compressor for efficient, low-noise running.

It suits pizzerias, delis, sandwich counters and salad bars that need cold ingredients within arm's reach of the prep surface. Cabinet lengths run roughly 1.2–2.0 m depending on configuration — contact us to confirm the exact model for your layout.

Frequently asked questions

What temperature does it hold, and how is it controlled?

2–8°C across the cabinet, set on an adjustable thermostat, with automatic defrost keeping the interior frost-free so you are not pulling ingredients out to chip ice off the walls.

Should I order direct cooling or forced-air?

Direct cooling chills through the cabinet walls — quieter, less power — and suits a line where the doors stay shut between rushes. Forced air circulates cold air for more even temperatures and faster recovery after frequent door openings.

What do I need to specify when ordering?

Four things: cabinet length (1.2, 1.5, 1.8 or 2.0 m), voltage (110–120V or 220–240V single-phase), cooling mode, and stainless grade 201 or 304. All are single-phase, drawing 200W at the compressor.

What is the difference between 201 and 304 stainless?

Both are offered on this cabinet. 304 is the grade to ask for where the surface takes acidic prep — tomato, brine, dressings — day in and day out; 201 keeps the cost down on lighter-duty stations.

How far does the customisation go?

Cabinet length and internal configuration can both be built to your layout beyond the four standard lengths, and the refrigerant can be changed from the standard R134a to R290 or R600 if your site or region calls for it.

What certification and warranty does it carry?

CE certified, and covered by a 1 Year warranty. The standard refrigerant is R134a, with R290 or R600 available if your site specifies a hydrocarbon charge instead.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
