Serving food and alcohol on the water is licensed separately in most countries, so check the rules for your waterway first.
It depends on the water. The models here are rated for 2 × 90 hp up to 2 × 150 hp twin outboards, or a single 250 hp outboard, which moves a loaded deck across open water. A boat that stays moored as a floating cabin can run on less power, and we size the engine to how you will use it.
