Serveware

8 products

Platters, boards, bowls and stands. Serveware is bought for the photograph as much as for the food: a sharing board decides how a dish looks on a table of six, and that is where most restaurant photos come from.

Frequently asked questions

What presentation serveware do you carry?

Platters, boards, bowls and stands for shared plates and signature dishes — including tiered acrylic risers and wrought iron condiment stations for self-service sauce bars.

What materials can I choose from?

Wood, slate, ceramic, metal and clear acrylic across boards, platters and stands; tell us your plating style and we'll match the finish.

Can you source a specific presentation piece?

Yes — send a reference and we'll match or source it, whether it's a riser, a board or the kitchen utensils that go alongside it on the pass.

What is stocked for a buffet?

Buffet serveware — risers, tiered stands and a food display tray in wood, slate and stainless — plus the chafing and cold wells they sit between. Sized to gastronorm so the same insert moves from the kitchen to the counter.

Do you carry kitchen tools as well as serving pieces?

Some. Kitchen smallwares that reach the table — serving spoons, tongs, ladles, cake servers — are stocked here, and the back-of-house cooking utensils and kitchen tools sit with the prep equipment. If you are fitting out a kitchen from nothing, ask for the smallwares list rather than picking it off this page.
