A prefabricated container house is a welded steel building that ships as a finished module and drops onto a prepared pad, so a coffee shop, pop-up bar, guardhouse or site office is open in days rather than months. The frame is galvanized steel clad in sandwich panels, giving the shell both thermal and sound insulation without a separate build-out. Wall thickness runs 50, 75 or 100 mm depending on how much insulation the climate calls for, and the panel core can be EPS, PU or rock wool.

Sizing is flexible. A 20 ft unit gives roughly 14.86 m² of floor area (6058 × 2438 × 2591 mm) and ships as one room with an electrical system; a 40 ft unit is about 29.72 m² (12192 × 2438 × 2591 mm) and can arrive as two bedrooms with a bathroom and kitchen.
